Voice Communications Systems
CAMCOM is highly experienced with installation and maintenance of major voice communications systems, especially systems encompassing automated call distribution (ACD), voicemail systems, computer telephony integration (CTI), interactive voice response (IVR) T-1 and ISDN high-speed voice and data transmission, Internet accessibility, and LAN modem pooling access integration. CAMCOM is an authorized dealer for Lucent Technologies (including Definity PBX), Panasonic Digital Business Systems, Ericsson wireless telephone equipment, ActiveVoice “Repartee” equipment, PictureTel video conference systems, Callware Technologies, and Trisys Telecom, Inc. call accounting software.

CAMCOM voice and data network services include design, supply of equipment, burn in and test, and installation of high-speed structured distribution systems and “backbone” copper and optical fiber cable. CAMCOM installed systems may be based upon virtually all architectures and broadband/CCTV. BICSI-certified RCDD engineers and certified installers enable CAMCOM to offer extended warranties for structured cable systems, including Siemens Cabling Systems and Lucent SYSTIMAX Cabling Systems.

LAN/WAN & Computer Systems
CAMCOM provides design, integration, installation maintenance and service, and administration support for client network needs. CAMCOM features completely integrated solution systems covering the desktop, servers, backup and other peripherals, routers, high-speed switches, and Internet access. CAMCOM is an authorized dealer for Compaq, Hewlett-Packard, Bay Networks, and Cisco Systems.

Design Services
CAMCOM provides high-quality design services for structured cable systems networks, telephone systems, and data systems. Structured cable systems networks include voice and data network systems, backbone systems (multi-conductor copper and fiber optic backbone cable systems), and campus cabling systems (above and below ground copper and fiber systems). CAMCOM specializes in the design of integrated analog and digital telephone and voice mail systems based upon the proven technologies of Lucent Technologies, Ericsson, Inc., Harris Communications Systems, Panasonic Digital Business Systems, ActiveVoice, Commware Technology, and others. Areas of CAMCOM telephone system design expertise also encompass Internet protocol (IP) telephony, computer technology integration (CTI) innovative capabilities, TTY capability, automated call distribution (ACD), hospitality specialty systems, and more.

CAMCOM designs data systems, including designs of pier-to-pier, client/server, ATM, frame relay, Internet connection, and voice over data systems. CAMCOM services are inclusive of hardware and software integration. Data system design also includes networks for UTP and fiber cable systems. The equipment CAMCOM generally selects in its designs include product lines from Compaq, Hewlett-Packard, Cisco, Bay Networks, 3com, or may be built-to-suit custom equipment. CAMCOM maintains affiliations with several large integrator firms to supplement our capabilities when necessary and ensure full customer satisfaction.

Installation and Certification Services
CAMCOM has completed more than 400 voice and data projects, including cable systems as large as 1,500 users and telephone systems of new or upgrade installations of Lucent, Siemens, Harris, Panasonic, Ericsson, Nortel, NEC, and others. CAMCOM has installed approximately 200 data networking systems that include DEC, 1OBaseT, 10ObaseT, FD, FDDI, Token Ring, IBM AS400, and IBM 3270 environments. Our certification services include BICSI RCDD design standards, ELVTIA cable certification, full documentation to existing standards, and beyond for UTP and fiber optic cable systems. Testing and certification of coaxial, twin axial, and fiber optic cable systems is performed to manufacturer specifications. All required test equipment is maintained by CAMCOM to ensure proper performance for testing procedures.
