Quarterly Meeting
The GMSI Quarterly Meeting is a company gathering where GMSI executives report on that quarter’s performance and outline general company goals and plans for the next quarter. The Quarterly Meeting is the time to celebrate the company’s accomplishments for the quarter and to share information with all employees. The Quarterly Meeting provides an environment that promotes a family feeling among employees; it is also a time to acknowledge employment anniversaries and introduce new employees.

Holiday Party
The Holiday Party is held annually in December to celebrate the holiday season. All employees are invited to an all-expenses-paid evening of dinner, dancing, and other holiday festivities. Mistletoe is optional.

Employee Picnic
The Employee Picnic is an annual event held in July. Past picnics have been held at Great Seneca Park, Adventure World Theme Park, and at Six Flags. Employees are encouraged to bring their families to the picnic.

Get Acquainted New Hire Dinner
The New Hire Dinner takes place regularly at a local restaurant carefully chosen with an eye to tradition and a setting that inspires informal conversation. The hosts at this dinner are GMSI senior management, headed by GMSI CEO Hilton Augustine, Jr. The dinner is a way for new employees to get to know senior management, as well as ensure that executives never lose touch with the employee base at GMSI as the company grows and expands into new markets.

“Bell Ringing” Celebration
GMSI headquarters has a brass bell mounted on the wall outside the executive offices. There is a ceremonial ringing of the bell to celebrate winning a contract or a major contract extension. When you’ve got good news, let it ring over the rooftops! The bell ringing is a way for employees to share and be involved in the exciting growth experience at GMSI
